Devil’s Due (2014)

due1Another found footage film, but Devil’s Due is just a bit too slow to hit the mark.

Devil’s DueAfter a mysterious, lost night on their honeymoon, a newlywed couple finds themselves dealing with an earlier-than-planned pregnancy.

The found footage genre has exploded over the last few years, but few movies have managed to really make it work and to find a way to be really creepy and scary, Devil’s Due not one of them. It took too long until something happened and the things that happened before the ending were not scary or horrifying at all.

The ending was decent and things finally started to happen, but it was not enough to get this movie a good grade.

Grading: 3 out 10.
