Inferno (1980)

inferno1Inferno is a beautiful sequel to Suspiria, because Suspiria, Inferno and Mother of Tears are all a part of a trilogy about witches and it is a really great trilogy!

InfernoAn American college student in Rome and his sister in New York investigate a series of killings in both locations where their resident addresses are the domain of two covens of witches.

Inferno starts of really good, with an interesting sequence about the sister getting close to finding out the truth about the witches. This is another beautiful film by Argento, where he uses the lighting in a hauntingly good way.  My favorite part of Inferno is definitely the ending and the skeleton and it is a worthy sequel.

Grading: 9 out of 10.

  1. I like how succinct your reviews are. They are straight and to the point. You get a brief synopsis, and then you get exactly what you think about it, followed by the grade.

    It is short, but impactful.

    Keep up the amazing work.

    Cheers! ^_^
